WHEN DOES THE REPRESENT BLACK FRIDAY SALE START?

For all prestige members, the Represent Black Friday sale will begin with early access from 10pm on November 25th. 

General access will begin from midnight GMT on the 26th November, please see the below list of localised times which are relevant to your country.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Yes,  all orders placed over the weekend have a 14-day return period from receiving your items. 

All returns must be registered through our returns portal to ensure that the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. Visit our returns policy page for more info. 

DELAYED RESPONSES

We understand that you might have a few extra questions, or experience an issue during the Black Friday sale which will result in you emailing our customer experience team. When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your query in your first message so that our agents can help resolve any questions you may have, as quickly as possible.Please note that things get increasingly busy for us around this time of year, so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't panic - we'll be working round the clock to answer your DMs and e-mails pronto. WHICH ITEMS WILL BE DISCOUNTED THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Our entire web-store will be discounted, some of which will be up to 70% off. So, the black friday sale is your best chance to buy the piece you have been eyeing up for a while, at the best possible price! 

I'VE NEVER SHOPPED WITH REPRESENT BEFORE, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GO FOR?

If you’re not familiar with how Represent fits, and are unsure on which size to take. Please visit or dedicated size chart page, or the size chart which is displayed on each product. If you’re in the UK, why not try our new “find your size” feature, which can be located on most product pages! 

CHECKOUT DELAYS

There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line. We'll get you through as quickly as possible!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO USE DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

All current payment methods which are available on the web-store, will be available for use like normal over the course of the weekend. This includes: Klarna, Clearpay, Afterpay, iDeal, Sofort, Giro Pay, EPS & P24 (in the select countries, for more information please visit our terms and conditions page).

CAN I USE A PRESTIGE CODE ON ITEMS WHICH ARE IN THE SALE? 

Unfortunately not, prestige discounts cannot be used on sale items. However, they can be used on the Black Friday collection that will launch on 26.11.21 at 8pm GMT. 

CAN I USE A GIFTCARD OR STORE CREDIT CODE?

Absolutely, any existing gift cards or return store credits can be used at the checkout. 

WILL ANY BUNDLE DISCOUNTS BE AVAILABLE? 

Unfortunately, all automatic discounts won’t be available during the Black Friday Sale weekend, this includes both the Blanks bundle and the 247 builder. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to increased traffic on all of our stores, orders placed over the Black Friday sale weekend cannot be amended, or cancelled. 

I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately. 

I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, BUT ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED?

We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.

WILL EXPRESS SHIPPING BE AVAILABLE DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

All usual shipping methods will be available at checkout, however we cannot guarantee that express shipping will be as fast as normal, with increased volumes within the network. 

Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.

FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.
