What is the Represent Outlet?

The Outlet is our permanent sale. It holds reduced pieces from past seasons and end-of-run colorways across the men's range, and unlike a seasonal sale it is open all year. What sits in it changes as stock clears, so the edit is never quite the same twice.

Is the Outlet the same as the Vault?

Not quite. The Outlet runs permanently and holds whatever is currently reduced. The Vault is our sale event, which opens a few times a year and goes deeper and wider while it is on. If you want something reduced today, the Outlet is the place to look.

Are Outlet pieces the same quality as full-price stock?

Yes. Same garments, same fabrics, same construction. Nothing is made specifically for the Outlet. A piece is here because it is from an earlier drop or a colorway we are closing out, not because it was built to a lower spec.

Can I return something I bought in the Outlet?

Yes. Outlet orders follow our standard returns process, the same as anything bought at full price. Nothing in the Outlet is final sale. Full details, including the current returns window and how to book one, sit on our Returns page.
