WHEN DOES THE REPRESENT SUMMER VAULT START?

For all prestige members the sale is starting on the 15th June 2026. Prestige members will be eligible to early access.


WHAT DISCOUNTS CAN YOU EXPECT?
We've got discounts spread across mens, womens and 247 collections. Each with over 70% off whilst stocks last. Be quick.
HOW DO I AVOID MISSING OUT ON SOLD OUT ITEMS?
Our most sought after pieces tend to move fast during the Represent summer sale. We'd recommend that you save items to your wishlist now, so you can quickly checkout when the sale launches.
ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS NOT ON SALE?
Some items may be marked at full price and excluded from the promotion. Those that are in the Represent summer sale will be clearly marked on product pages.
WHAT IS REPRESENTS SUMMER SALE RETURN POLICY?
Yes, all UK orders placed over the sale have a 14-day return period from receiving your items. All returns must be registered through our returns portal to ensure that the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. Visit our returns policy page for more info. Please note, we will not be accepting underwear garments or socks as these items are non-returnable. Return your orders here
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You will have a 15 minute window after purchase to amended your delivery address or cancel your order. This can be found on the post-purchase page and your order confirmation email. Anything outside of this or once this window is closed, you will not be able to amend your order. This includes order details like changing sizes or colours, adding products.
WILL EXPRESS SHIPPING BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SUMMER SALE?
All usual shipping methods will be available at checkout, however we cannot guarantee that express shipping will be as fast as normal, with increased volumes within the network over the sale period. Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 additional business for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team. Tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.
WILL THE SUMMER SALE BE AVAILABLE IN STORE?
Sale starts in store 13/06/2026. Our summer sale offers will be available both online and in our retail locations across London, Los Angeles and Manchester.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO USE DURING THE SUMMER VAULT SALE?
All current payment methods which are available on the web-store, will be available for use like normal over the course of the weekend. This includes: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, Visa, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Alipay & iDeal ( Please visit our terms and conditions page for more information on payments within your native countries).
I'VE NEVER SHOPPED WITH REPRESENT BEFORE, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GO FOR?
If you’re not familiar with how Represent fits, and are unsure on which size to take. Please visit our dedicated size chart page, or view our size charts available on each product.
CAN I USE A GIFTCARD OR STORE CREDIT CODE?
Yes, any existing gift cards or return store credits can be used at the checkout. You can also purchase gift cards during the summer sale, but these won’t be discounted.
DELAYED RESPONSES
We understand that you might have a few extra questions, or experience an issue during the summer sale which will result in you emailing our customer experience team. When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your query in your first message so that our agents can help resolve any questions you may have, as quickly as possible. Please note that things get increasingly busy for us around this time of year, so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't panic - we'll be working round the clock to answer your DMs and emails. For a faster point of contact, we will have live chat support available for most of the weekend.
CHECKOUT DELAYS
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line. We'll get you through as quickly as possible!
CAN I USE A PRESTIGE CODE ON ITEMS WHICH ARE IN THE SALE? 
Unfortunately not, prestige discounts and rewards cannot be used on sale items.
WILL ANY BUNDLE DISCOUNTS BE AVAILABLE? 
Unfortunately, all automatic discounts won’t be available during the Summer Sale period, this includes the Initial bundle.
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, BUT ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED?
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the operations at our distribution centres, unfortunately, we are not always able to do this.
