Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canelled.
If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can try to rectify your details. Please quote your order number in the email subject line to speed the process up.
If you've selected our Express Shipping service via DHL, an address change is possible. DHL offer an online service called ODD (On Delivery Demand) which you can use to make the delivery more convenient for you.
You'd simply follow the link, enter your tracking details then hit the 'change address' section and the rest will be easy to follow.
You'll need your tracking information before you can make any changes, so wait for your shipping confirmation to come through before trying it.
How will I know my order has been successful?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add email@example.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
What do I do when there is an item missing from my order?
An order form is included in every parcel sent from our distribution centre, please check the order form to ensure there are no items missing from the list.
If an item you have ordered is missing from the packing list, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Order Number
- Missing Item(s)
Our support team will investigate the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

I have not received my order, where is it?
Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

Please fill out your returns form which is provided within your order and follow any of the instructions below which suites you best.
You can send the return parcel back on any service, we recommend that you use a tracked service as you have 14 days to return the order for a refund. Represent is not liable to cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
Items purchased during a sale period are eligible for exchange and store credit only. Store credit will be issued via email corresponding to your order. If a refund has been requested, we will automatically issue a store credit code.
We are unable to adjust the price of items if they have entered a sale. If returned during the sale, the final price given will be the sale price.
I have returned my item to Represent, what happens now?
Once we have received your return you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have got your return.
Refunds will take up to 10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment method.
Exchanges will take up to 5 working days to be received, we cannot guarantee size availability. If your exchange is not in stock you will be refunded, this will take up to10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment.
Once you have received your store credit code proceed to the checkout as type your store credit into the discount box and this will be deducted from the total amount.
Once given a store credit code it does not have a time limit, however they cannot be used during sale periods.

I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 48 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries, please only email once.
Are Represent clothes true to size?
We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size. If you are between a size, we would suggest choosing the smaller size of the two. After care for Represent
Represent Jacket and Bombers should be professionally dry-cleaned – please see the garment’s care label for instructions. It is recommended that if your Represent coat has detachable fur or leather trim detailing, please consult your dry-cleaner for further advice.
We recommend washing all products on a cool wash, and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
Specialist shoe cleaners can be used to protect shoes. For any additional scuffs or marks, scrub lightly with a wet cloth.
We advise using protective leather spray.
What is a pre-ordered item?
Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.representclo.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order. You can cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.
If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been processed through the checkout.
What Payment methods do Represent accept?
Our checkout is managed by Bold – Cashier. Paypal via Braintree and SagePay power our payment systems, the World’s leading online payment gateways.
Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order has been placed. Pending payments will be stopped and not sent until full payment is received by Represent.
