How does Represent fit?

Topwear:

Topwear including jersey, outerwear and knitwear follows a slightly oversized fit throughout the collection unless stated otherwise. We recommend staying true to your usual size for the signature Represent look.

Denim:

Skinny: This is a skinny fit denim silhouette crafted in a soft stretch fabric for ultimate comfort. The denim sizing is measured in inches by waist. We recommend taking your usual size.

Baggy: This is a relaxed silhouette, with a slight taper toward the leg opening. The denim sizing is measured in inches by waist size. We recommend you taking your usual size.

Bottoms:

All bottoms have an elasticated waistband, meaning fits are relaxed through waist sizes. We recommend taking your usual size on all pants/trousers/bottoms unless stated otherwise.

Footwear:

Footwear sizing is stated in UK and European sizing.

Alpha Sneaker: True to size. If you take a half size we recommend going down to your nearest size.

Reptor Sneaker: True to size. If you take a half size we recommend going up to your nearest size.

Boots: True to size. If you take a half size we recommend going down to your nearest size.
How do I shop Representclo.com?

How to find a product:

Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as Topwear or Footwear. If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box to find products by name, category or style.

How to purchase a product:

When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to basket". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on "Proceed to checkout" to be led through the checkout process.

How will I know my order has been successful?

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add customersupport@representclothing.co.uk to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
How do I track my order?

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

What do I do when there is an item missing from my order?

I have a missing item from my order

An order form is included in every parcel sent from our distribution centre, please check the order form to ensure there are no items missing from the list.


If an item you have ordered is missing from the packing list, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

- Order Number
- Missing Item(s)

Our support team will investigate the matter and will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

** All missing item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. **
I have not received my order, where is it?

Why I have not received my order within the estimated time?

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:


- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.


- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.


- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.


- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.


- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express, for the fastest & most reliable service.

UK - DHL Express (1-2 days) Free Shipping & Free Returns.


Europe - DHL Express (1-3 days) £15.00.


Worldwide - DHL Express (1-3 days) £15.00.

When do I get free shipping?

UK DHL Express Shipping is free on all orders. This also comes with a free return-shipping label.


EU DHL Express shipping is free on all orders above €175.


US DHL Express Shipping is free on all orders above $200.


Free shipping can also be earned when redeeming points via the Prestige Club.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.

I am ordering from Russia, will it be shipped with DHL?

Yes, you can order from Represent via DHL Express.

Duties and fees need to be paid at destination by the receiver (who will need to clear the shipment in their own name)

- DHL Express delivery to the UK is 1-2 business days.

- DHL Express delivery to ROW is 1-4 business days.

Orders placed on representclo.com may require duties & taxes on delivery. We currently only cover duties and taxes on US and Canadian orders.

How do I return my order?

How do I send a parcel back for a return?

To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label. When creating your return label, you’ll have a choice of returning via DPD, Collect+, InPost, Hermes Parcel Shop, UPS, Royal Mail or Hermes Home Collection.

1.To start your return, head to our returns portal (you’ll need your order number handy).

2.Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!

3.Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.

4.Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. (Haven’t got a printer? No worries – not all of our return options need a printer. You’ll see which printer-less options are available in the portal.)

5.Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected!

Can I return a sale item?

Can I return an item I have purchased in the sale?

Items purchased during a sale period are eligible for either refund, exchange or store credit.

An item I purchased is now on sale. Can you adjust the price?

We are unable to adjust the price of items if they have entered a sale. If returned during the sale, the final price given will be the sale price.
I have returned my item to Represent, what happens now?

What do I expect after sending a return request form?

Once we have received your return you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have got your return.

How long will it take me to get my refund?


Refunds will take up to 10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment method.

How long does it take for my exchange to be completed?


Exchanges will take up to 5 working days to be received, we cannot guarantee size availability. If your exchange is not in stock you will be refunded, this will take up to10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment.

How do I use my store credit code?

Once you have received your store credit code proceed to the checkout as type your store credit into the discount box and this will be deducted from the total amount.

Once given a store credit code it does not have a time limit, however they cannot be used during sale periods.

How long does it take for customer service to respond?

Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 48 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries, please only email once.
Are Represent clothes true to size?

Are your clothes true to size?

We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size. If you are between a size, we would suggest choosing the smaller size of the two. After care for Represent

How do I wash the Represent Jackets and Bombers?

Represent Jacket and Bombers should be professionally dry-cleaned – please see the garment’s care label for instructions. It is recommended that if your Represent coat has detachable fur or leather trim detailing, please consult your dry-cleaner for further advice.

How do I wash my Represent printed T-Shirt and Hoodie?

We recommend washing all products on a cool wash, and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

How do I protect my Represent shoes?

Specialist shoe cleaners can be used to protect shoes. For any additional scuffs or marks, scrub lightly with a wet cloth.

How do I protect my Represent leather goods?

We advise using protective leather spray.
What is a pre-ordered item?

Can I purchase an item that is a pre-order?

Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.representclo.com. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order. You can cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.

I have purchased two different pre-orders with different shipping dates?

If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.

In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been processed through the checkout.

How is Represent's checkout and payment systems managed?

Our checkout is managed by Shopify Payments which is powered by Stripe, the World’s leading online payment gateways.

When will my payment be debited from my account?

Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order has been placed. Pending payments will be stopped and not sent until full payment is received by Represent.
