Prestige Help Guide

Represent Prestige is our loyalty programme designed to reward members for engaging with the brand. By joining Prestige, you can earn points through purchases and brand interactions, unlocking exclusive rewards, experiences, and member benefits as you progress. Members can earn points online, in store, and through brand engagement, as well as by completing Represent Missions. The more you interact with Represent, the more points you collect and the more rewards you unlock.

Points are earned through purchases and engagement with the brand.

You can earn points by:

• Making purchases online
• Shopping in Represent stores
• Completing Represent Missions
• Participating in selected brand experiences or promotions
  

Points accumulate in your Prestige account and can be redeemed for rewards.

Active Prestige Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

If no points are earned within a 12 month period, your existing active points will expire. However, your lifetime points balance will not change and you will not drop down a tier.

Your active points balance expiry date resets every time you place a new order.

Represent Missions are experiential challenges designed to reward deeper engagement with the brand.

Completing Missions allows members to earn bonus points and unlock additional opportunities within Prestige. Missions may include activities such as engaging with the brand, participating in events, or completing specific challenges.

Available Missions may change over time and can be accessed through your Prestige account or the Represent app.
