All usual shipping methods will be available at checkout, however we cannot guarantee that express shipping will be as fast as normal, with increased volumes within the network over the BFCM period.

Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.

Tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

US RETURNS

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.
