REPRESENT X MÖTLEY CRÜE

Introducing Represent x Mötley Crüe, an 11 piece collaborated collection, consisting of statement graphics on vintage wash t-shirts, hoodies, shorts and a tank top.

The garments feel authentically hand picked from the late ‘80s. Details such as cracked graphics emulate the natural corrosion of vintage artwork, whilst the wash on the fabrics mimic the weathering fade from the West Coast sun. Additionally, slight distressing to the hems and neckline reflect imperfections acquired by well-worn garments over time. The meticulous attention to detail in each piece has resulted in a collection which would seamlessly blend into the aesthetic of an LA vintage store.

The graphics take iconic Mötley Crüe album artwork, namely from 1989’s Dr Feelgood & 1987’s Girls, Girls, Girls, and blend them with the unmistakable Represent aesthetic. The outcome is a contemporary take on beloved classics, with the collection paying homage to the band’s past whilst firmly cementing its position in the history of both Represent and Mötley Crüe.
